Alyna!!
Despite already knowing you, as I read through your ‘About Me’, I felt as if I was able to see your emotions and overall being on a deeper level. To be able to share something personal about yourself and give others pieces of your personality is an incredible gift (just like your writing!!). One thing that I especially loved was how you focused on all three periods of time: Past, Present and Future. As well as focusing on those and your growth, I really enjoyed the way that you structured it so it was past, future, present, as it made me think that you recognized the past, made a goal for the future, and was working on it in the present which truly is something that I wouldn’t have thought to do!
The only thing that I could recommend for you to do would be for you to add a small explanation as to your growth as a person, but even without it, I feel like the piece explains itself and you extremely well!
Please keep writing!! You know how much I love your writing, and I really want to see you grow even more!
My about me was one that I had trouble with, you know, multiple drafts and I couldn’t figure out how I wanted to portray myself. I am so glad that you saw the meaning behind my About Me, because I wanted it to show my growth (like you said!). Thank you so much again. I completely agree! An explanation would’ve made this piece more explanatory to someone who couldn’t recognize the differences.
